Vivacity Wellness Festival

Sunday 4th October

Tribe Fortune have also invited me to lead the morning yoga practice at their half-day treat next Sunday 4th October, now hosted by the former Baptist Church in Dumfries. I’m looking forward to practicing in this space, it’s a new one for me, and in the context of a day retreat.

My theme for this workshop will be Mindful Movement as we cross into Late Summer and Autumn.

In TCM, late summer is counted as its own season and reflected in the element Earth. Finding our place and space after the high energy of summer and fire, finding a sense of peace and stability without losing our focus, and of course connecting with nature, our communities and ourselves. Ideal for these later year days where it’s sunny and cloudy and cold and humid, all within minutes.

And there’s the Harvest Full Moon to take into account too!

There is a lunch provided at the venue, a chance to process your experience and share with other yogis, then an afternoon workshop in creativity with Frank Hayes.

If that sounds like it’s for you, head over to Tribe Fortune to book your place.
