You have time for yoga, breathwork and meditation
I’ve created loads of 20-minute yoga videos and blogs (like this one!) that are short and accessible, and available via YouTube so that you can slot them into your busy day whenever you have that opportunity. If you are local to this side of D&G, it is quite amazing what one evening of yoga a week can do for your body, mind and overall harmony and balance. The results are amazing in terms of mobility, confidence in your body, strength, calm mind and clarity of thought, and easy, happy breathing. Wow! All that from going to yoga???
Little practices with big results
When you take the practice home, your yoga, breathwork and meditation practice is yours to customise and adapt to fit your life, no matter how busy or hectic it may be. It doesn’t have to be a full hour on the mat every time; it can be as simple as a few stretches in bed when you wake up or a quick flow while waiting for your tea to brew. It could be a short breathing exercise, a brief meditation, or a moment of gratitude squeezed into your day. And on other days, it might be a more intense and challenging workout or a full Ashtanga practice.
Listen to your body and do what feels right for you each day. Some folk come to Vinyasa one week and Yin the next. Many come for both to get that balance of effort and rest. And whether it’s a gentle stretch or an intense workout, the goal is to cultivate habits that nourish your body, mind, and soul. Small changes leading to significant change in your life. So embrace the flexibility of yoga and make it work for you!

I thought yoga wouldn’t be for ME either!
When I first walked into a yoga studio after many months of persuasion, a burnt-out 25-yo, I was kicking myself for not bringing someone with me. It was a Yin class and the hour flewww by leaving me the most relaxed and chilled I’d ever felt. What was this drug-free yoga magic?! And so it began! I practice both super chill and super dynamic yoga styles along with breathing and meditation practices that give me a full, rounded and grounded way of life and living! I am fitter, healthier and HAPPIER than ever. It’s proper magic, babyyy!!
