Hey there, I’m Lolli, and I’m thrilled you’re here because it means you’re ready to kickstart or enhance your yoga journey! Whether you’re seeking to boost strength and flexibility to combat life’s daily hustle or reignite your interest in yoga after a past experience left you underwhelmed, I’ve got you covered. And if you’re completely new to yoga but eager to dive in, welcome aboard! Together, we’ll embark on a journey filled with fun, growth, and discovery.

My teaching style is inclusive and encompasses a variety of yoga styles to help your body and mind find balance. By blending the gentle, introspective qualities of Yin yoga with the dynamic, energizing elements of Yang yoga, we cultivate equanimity within ourselves. Ultimately, this harmony leaves you feeling more balanced, grounded, and at peace with yourself. It’s all about achieving that beautiful equilibrium and living a fulfilled and joyful life.

OK, those things all sound reasonable/awesome. How do I start to practice yoga, breathwork or meditation?? 

Start small with a 20-minute asana practice – that’s movement – and a daily gratitude practice. Let’s do the latter right now because it literally takes about 30 seconds and you definitely have time for that if you’re casually browsing the internet It is SO EASY just follow these two steps:

Step 1: Close your eyes and think of one, two or even three things that you’re grateful for RIGHT NOW.

Step 2: Got them? Well done! You’ve practiced gratitude!

those little moments of gratitude truly make life shine brighter, don’t they? Whether it’s the simple joy of sitting down when we’re tired, the convenience of having internet access at our fingertips, the blessing of running water, or the daily miracle of the sun rising anew each morning; each one is a reason to celebrate. It’s in these seemingly mundane moments that we discover the true richness of life and find gratitude in even the smallest of blessings. And having you here, sharing in this journey of appreciation and wonder, makes it all the more meaningful. So thank you for being a part of this incredible journey with me!

Little practices with big results

Your yoga, breathwork and meditation practice is yours to customise and adapt to fit your life, no matter how busy or hectic it may be. It doesn’t have to be a full hour on the mat every time; it can be as simple as a few stretches in bed when you wake up or a quick flow while waiting for your tea to brew. It could be a short breathing exercise, a brief meditation, or a moment of gratitude squeezed into your day. And on other days, it might be a more intense and challenging workout or a full Ashtanga practice.

Listen to your body and do what feels right for you each day. Whether it’s a gentle stretch or an intense workout, the goal is to cultivate habits that nourish your body, mind, and soul. Remember, even small changes can lead to significant differences in your overall well-being. So embrace the flexibility of your practice and make it work for you!

I thought yoga wouldn’t be for ME either!

When I first walked into a yoga studio after many months of persuasion, a burnt-out 25-yo, I was kicking myself for not bringing someone with me. It was a Yin class and the hour flewww by leaving me the most relaxed and chilled I’d ever felt. What was this drug-free yoga magic?! And so it began! I practice both super chill and super dynamic yoga styles along with breathing and meditation practices that give me a full, rounded and grounded way of life and living! I am fitter, healthier and HAPPIER than ever. It’s proper magic, babyyy!!
