April 2026
The schedule for April is live! If you haven’t already, please book your place or block of classes so I know you’re coming and have the appropriate equipment and plans in place. From now until the summer, all class packs will expire at the end of May when I return to my summer job of professional tent erector. 😘 I’ll be back as usual in September full of ideas and energy to share.
I’m really happy with how the Ecclefechan and Lockerbie classes are going, and a big thank you for everyone who has put their trust in a new teacher and a slightly different yoga direction. I hope you’re enjoying it!
With all classes, let me know what you would like to work on or learn about and I will do my best to work it into the programme, as well as any feedback you might have or be experiencing. These classes are for you after all!

Important notes!
What do I bring? A yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t please message me), a blanket or shawl and yourself!
Do I need to practice yoga already? No. This class is for everyone. I offer different options for every pose and help you find the one that suits you best.
Do I need to be flexible? Absolutely not! This practice will help your flexibility but it is definitely not a prerequisite.
I have an injury, can I come? Please reach out to me directly about any concerns about an injury past or present. Like many things, it depends!
I’m pregnant, can I come? You sure can! Please let me know ahead of the class so I can give some extra suggestions, especially if you are new to yoga.
What is Yin Yoga? It’s a relatively new style of yoga based around longer times spent in the poses, usually between 3 and 5 minutes. It’s a lot of lying on the floor! We use lots of variations and props to find the best fitting variation for every person in the room, fitting the pose to you not the other way around.
What is Vinyasa? Vinyasa is a dynamic and active yoga practice! We challenge the muscles, our balance, and we learn to move in novel ways with awareness and intention. It is a lot of fun!
What is Pranayama? Pranayama means breath control. We will practice some breathing techniques that will help to calm down your nervous system and promote peace and wellbeing.
What is Accessible Yoga? Accessible yoga is intended for those with more limited mobility or movement, or who require a chair for parts or all of a yoga class. Stroke survivors, seniors or those who have been out of the movement game for a while can all really benefit from this class.

In winter 2024, I taught a mini retreat residency at Welikande Yoga Retreat Centre, in the Knuckles mountains near Kandy in Sri Lanka.
The Welikande Way:
“Welcome to Welikande, where nature, community, and wellbeing are at the heart of all we do. Here, we embrace the healing wisdom of Ayurveda, honour the land we call home, and support the local community.
Our mission is to create a sanctuary of peace for our guests, offering deep restoration and connection to nature, while fostering sustainable living and cultural harmony. Our land is a sacred space where wellness, compassion, and respect for the earth guide every moment.”
I gave my signature Yin yoga classes as well as some fun and invigorating morning flow classes at this incredible space in November 2024.
Check out Welikande’s gorgeous website here.
Where should we go next? If you have a retreat space and are looking to fill a yoga teacher residency, be it short or long, get in touch with me by email at lolli@yogawithlolli.com
In spring 2024, I was the resident yoga teacher at Zen Surf Morocco.
It’s a beautiful and rustic surf house right on the beach in Morocco, close to Agadir city and legendary surf town, Taghazout. I had such an amazing time there connecting with yogis and surfers from so many nationalities, bodies and experiences, and it was such a good time for me to grow once again as a teacher.
While I’m not there now, I very much welcome a return to the area to teach yoga and surf. If you are looking for a resident yoga teacher for your surf camp, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me by email at lolli@yogawithlolli.com
Yoga Classes at Zen Surf Morocco
In the mornings, I taught gentle Vinyasa flow. We sit, we breathe, we wake up our brains and bodies and senses, moving with ease and grace so that we are ready to start the surfing day! Check out what the balance class looks like in a timelapse here.
In the evenings, I taught Yin 😍 I love teaching Yin yoga! It’s such a treat to slow down after a day of catching waves and reflect and stretch and restore. Check out what a class with me might look like here.
Did you know that I took a long weekend of workshops with head Yin teacher Jo Phee a couple of years back? It completely transformed my knowledge, understanding and practice of yin yoga and deeply enriched my teaching of this practice of relaxation, rejuvenation and self-discovery, and I love to share it with others. In 2024, I revolutionised my Yin teaching and practice yet again with a 50-hour YTTC with another Yin yoga legend, Devi Daly.
Yin yoga is the perfect evening practice, offering your body, mind, and soul a chance to rest, restore, and reflect after a day spent riding the waves. We’re all here for a multitude of reasons, each unique to our individual journeys. Whatever your purpose may be, you’re warmly welcomed to join my classes and allow them to nurture and guide you along your path, wherever it may lead.

The sun rises in the mountains behind us and sets into the sea on the other side. Where else gets a good sunrise AND sunset?? Such a blessing!
