Welcome to my free yoga and meditation library, yogicorns!
I’ve created this free yoga & mediation library so you can find your favourite classes and hopefully stumble upon some new ones,
There’s classic yoga flows like ‘Sunday Stretch‘, ‘Neck + Shoulders‘, and ‘New Moon Flow‘; strength-building flows – check out ‘Strength + Conditioning‘ – and the Chakra balance series! I have organised the classes into different lengths so that if you have only 20 minutes, take a 20 minute class, and if you have a bit longer then that’s the class for you today!
Learn new Pranayama breathing techniques with me, download a new workbook or get stuck into previous yoga challenges!
If you’re stuck or something isn’t working quite right, let me know! I’d love to hear what you think – good and bad – about this page and the content I’m sharing on it!
Wishing you peace + love

Free 1-hour yoga practices for beginner and intermediate yogis! For these practices, I recommend having some props to hand, whether they are blocks/books or chairs or walls, or a strap, scarf or long sock so that each pose can be fitted to best serve YOU and not you to the pose.
Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of poses and is a pretty long practice! In these sessions, I focus on a specific part of the series such as backbends or forward folds, and I offer a bunch of modifications so that many different bodies and yogis can join in.
Conditioning and Transitioning yoga practices are also an hour long and focus on moving in and out of poses – the transitioning part – in unusual ways that challenge your body and your brain, and also include elements of core work and strengthening – the conditioning part! These are super good classes to help elevate your asana practice and help you to build strength, flexibility and endurance while challenging your brain and proprioception.
Free 20-minute yoga practices for all occasions! Each focusing on a certain area of the body such as the hips, the back or the shoulders; each video will guide you through movement to feel most at home in your body.
Props are often handy to have but are not totally necessary. Blocks can be books, a strap can be a sock, and a chair, bed or sturdy table can be used too. I love, love, love using props to practice ๐งก
There are more 20-minute practices further down! Scroll down to the 7 chakras for more.
This is the place to start your yoga practice if you’re a beginner and just starting out OR if you’re an intermediate yogi and are struggling with something that just doesn’t feel right. I offer some foundational yoga practices such as how to do a sun salutation and critically – how to warm up your wrists!
When I was a teenager, I tripped over some stupidly high boots and smashed my left wrist. Trashed the bones and put them out of place. Had to have big ol’ ‘pins’ (they’re basically nails) in my wrist to hold them in place while they healed. PLUS I’m a bendy hypermobile too so wrists were not my forte either! Were ๐
I have put a lot of work into my wrists and hands to make them work better. AND our wrists and hands have soooo many bones, joints and nerves in them, you are doing so much more than just warming them up and strengthening them, you are warming up your BRAIN for practice too. Isn’t that cool?!
Breathing is FOUNDATIONAL! Not just to yoga but to every moment of every day of our lives. It is the ONE THING that will be constant from the moment you enter this world til the moment you leave it – YOU WILL BREATHE!ย
But HOW we breathe may change, from short ‘chest’ breaths when we’re panicked to slow, deep breaths when we’re grounded, different breathing techniques can do so many different things! The old yogis say that we should look to the animal kingdom for evidence on how breathing shapes us. Have you noticed that small animals who breathe very fast – think hamsters, mice and little birds – live comparatively short lives compared to large animals like elephants who breathe long, deep and slow? Slow down. Everything is going to be just fine ๐
Humming bee breath is incredible, have you tried it?? There’s a video just below ๐
20-minute yoga practices that individually focus on each of the chakras. To find out more about the chakras, you can read all about them on my blog.
Super shorties! These FIVE minute yoga practices are taken from some of the yoga challenges that I’ve hosted. They focus on just one thing and are great for skills building! You are also so welcome to share your new skill in our Facebook community group!
Free downloadable PDF workbooks to help you start off-the-mat yoga practices that support your health and well being through setting intentions and daily gratitude practices.
